SAMPLE PREPARATION |
Sample Preparation need to do manual.
If any non-evaporable liquid sample is there, we need to pour 1 gm of sample in crucible. If any Evaporable liquid sample is there, we need to weigh it, put it in gelatin capsule and put the capsule in the Crucible. If any Powder form solid sample is there, we need to make 1 gm tablet and weigh it and put it in crucible. If any fibrous solid material is there, we need to crush it, pass it through sieve 20 and then make 1 gm tablet, weigh it and put it into the crucible. |
