TEST METHOD |
HAMCO AUTO KARL FISCHER TITRATION APPARATUS is used for accurate determination of moisture in various samples. The instrument is housed in a mild steel cabinet duly powder coated with built in magnetic stirrer & attached titration stand. Controls are mounted on the front panel for easy operation. HAMCO Karl fisher titrator finds application in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, oil & many other industries in QC and R & D Laboratories. |

Calibration certificate & Test certificate of critical components along with Operation , Maintenanace Manual, Equipment diagram will be provided. Operation training of the instrument along with software installation and software training is part of our operational qualifications. |

CALIBRATION & VALIDATION |
Calibration of the equipment by Calculating factor by putting water into methanol by 10 l Syringe. 10 such values of factors can be stored and select them and average them and save them make instrument calibrated.
Once calibration done , Validation will be done by using Di-Sodium tartrate 2- hydrate Purified E-MERCK MAKE. |
