HAMCO68A Mechanical grease worker Motorised with double stroke has following features.
Non Touchscreen PLC Controller Motorised grease worker to reduce mechanical effort. Single selection of programme and the machine run same as programme. Both the function of set counter as well as timer. For example if you need 1000 stroke or to run 1 hr whoever is early it finishes there. Digital counter for both set time vs Actual time and set counter vs actual counter display. At the end of the test it horns buzzer until we acknowledge it. Emergency button to stop the operation immediately as safety options. Programmable cycle where you can select preprogrammed cycle with fixed counter and timer , make it one click to start the operation.

TEST METHOD |
For worked penetration and prolongedworked penetration tests to determine consistency of lubricating greases.Consists of single or dual steel ASTM grease workers mounted on a sturdybase and driven by a powerful gear reduction motor. Meets ASTMspecifications for stroke length and rate. Equipped with a presettingelectronic counter that automatically shuts off the drive motor after any desirednumber of strokes up to 99,999. Steel grease workers have threaded cup andcover, and steel plunger plate with shaft and handle that connects to eccentriccam on drive unit. Accessory dial thermometer inserts in plated vent cock.Spring loaded tightening clamps hold grease workers securely on base, andsteel pins in the base facilitate disassembly of grease workers after testing. |
